Please read information on terms of discount program of NEVSKY HOTELS GROUP
- When receiving a discount card for the first time, it is necessary to fill in the form of a discount card holder.
- You may hand over your discount card to your friends, relatives and acquaintances.
- We give a discount not only to you and the persons who have arrived with you, but also to the bearer of your discount card and the persons who have arrived with him.
Rules
- If you stay in one of the hotels of NEVSKY HOTELS GROUP for the first time, you may get a 5% Discount Card at the reception desk when leaving the hotel. You may use this discount card during your second stay in the hotels of NEVSKY HOTELS GROUP.
- If you stay in one of the hotels of NEVSKY HOTELS GROUP for the second time, you may get a 10% Discount Card at the reception desk when leaving the hotel. You may use this discount card during your next stays in the hotels of NEVSKY HOTELS GROUP.
- If you have stayed in the hotels of NEVSKY HOTELS GROUP more than 5 times, you may get a 20% Discount Card of the VIP-guest at the reception desk.
Attention
- To get a discount it is obligatory to present the discount card before the calculation and payment for your stay have been made.
- It is possible to make calculation and payment at the reception desk on your arrival or you may do it beforehand in the reservation office.
- The discount card does not apply to the additional services.
- If the discount card is lost or damaged it can be restored. The restoration costs 250 Rubles.
- The discount card is a property of NEVSKY HOTELS GROUP and it may be cancelled by decision of our Administration if a card holder has violated the rules of staying in the hotels, damaged hotels’ property and reputation.
