You can make a reservation of a room or apartment by sending a request by fax or e-mail, or by making a telephone call to the reservation office.
The payment for a reserved room or apartment is made in the following ways: after confirmation of reservation you can make a prepayment per one night by your credit card in on-line mode, by cash or by other ways that we may suggest.
Payment by credit card
Confidentiality of your details and payments is secured by protected mode of data transmission (SSL) and ASSIST system, which is used for payment by plastic cards over the Internet during a long time.
The information about your plastic card is kept in an encoded form and is open only for you. The payment is considered as being made after authorization of your plastic card. We reserve the right to make an additional authorization of payment by telephone call.
